UPDATE-

Our deepest condolences go out to the Pulaski family after the passing of their wonderful daughter, Sarah.  Please keep their family in your thoughts and prayers.  In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations made to this fund be used as a donation to Child Life Services at the Cancer Center at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in Sarah's name.

The Pulaskis are  a beautiful fun loving family consisting of Dad, Michael, Mom,  René, 9 yr old Sarah , 7 yr old Ryan, their two dogs Muffin and Angel, and two cats Napoleon and Jasmine.  Since moving to Bucks County a few years ago the Pulaskis have been pillars of the Churchville community by helping others through the many programs and committees at St John’s United Methodist Church in addition to their strong support of all their children’s activities at their Council Rock Elementary School.

Unfortunately, on January 3, 2010, their daughter Sarah Elizabeth Pulaski was diagnosed with ALL T-Cell Leukemia. This unexpected situation has not taken away Sarah’s strength, wonderful laugh, and a love of life. This 4th grader cannot wait to get back to her very busy life as a fabulous dancer, concerned ecologist, dedicated musician and active member of her Girl Scout Troop.

In order to help Sarah create and maintain a germ-free, healthy environment at home and continue her long journey treating this disease, the Pulaskis need your help. We all can see in the not so distant future Sarah finishing her 4th grade, returning as a member of the Elite Competition Dance Team, rallying the members of the Ecology Club, performing at church in the choir and bell choir and playing her violin in the school orchestra. But most of all, we can see the future in our hearts already; Sarah singing karaoke at home, running around with her brother Ryan, swimming in the summer time, stuffing her face  with chocolate and just being a kid. With your generous emotional and financial support we can help this family, that has given so much to others, on this unforeseen journey.
