Xavier's Story
On March 21st Xavier was diagnosed with retinoblastoma cancer. As part of his treatment plan he had to have his left eye removed. At that point Melissa, his mom, thought the worst was all over with, but on April 9th the pathology report came back stating that he has cancerous cells in his optic nerve and tissue. So, as of April 10th he started his chemotherapy. He is the bravest three year old and that's why he's Brave Xavier. It brings tears to Melissa's eyes to hear him say "no, momma" as they walk into the Oncology Day Clinic. His mom just tells him "we have to go" and he staggers behind her with his Mickey Mouse in his hand. Be sure to keep brave little Xavier in your prayers.
Due to the recent medical needs of Xavier, his mom, Melissa, is unable to work. She is a single mom of two adorable children. Please consider helping her financially at this difficult time so that she can devote her time and attention to her family.
